Reflection 13

  Today we almost immediately dove into proving an imaginary murder claim. This was obviously relevant to the class but the absurdity of that sentence is funny nonetheless. Other than that we did cover quite a lot of material today. We went over what makes up a body paragraph, argument essay format, claims, counterclaims, evidence, thesis, and your position in an argument. We were given several examples of to help teach us how to properly prove an argument. I learned that you aren't supposed to the argue the side you personally favor, but the side you can best argue instead. The lesson was definitely very informative.
